In most respects I'm no different from most people my age, I've got a bossy wife, a hormonal 13 year old son, a dog and a few cats. However, I'm one of the rare few who actually enjoy their job. I work from an office at home and love getting out and seeing people.

My background is in computers. I loved computers from the word go (there's actually a rumour that my first word was Motherboard!) and quickly became apt at programming my little ZX Spectrum 48. I've had a number of jobs in the field including global helpdesk technician, senior technical support analyst, programmer, network support engineer and hardware support engineer however after being made redundant in the year 2000 decided to 'go it alone'. It was hard at first but I soon gained a solid customer base and never looked back. Now 6 years later I have a thriving customer base and am a very busy person. However I've not forgotten how I got here and consider it vital, now more than ever, that I stay friendly and reliable.
