From any extension with LCD display .

Press PRG/HLD
-
Enter * 1234 (Now in program mode)

Enter 11 (Date and Time)
-
Enter new time in 24 hr format
-
Now press the grey key located on the 2nd row far right hand side below the LCD display

Press SPK
-
Speed Dial - 308, 512, 824, 1648 Add Number
Note:
One of the function keys on the System Manager's telephone must be programmed for the Central Abbreviated Dialling (ABD). Refer to user's guide.
The entry of a new telephone number with an assigned number will delete the existing telephone number.

1. Press PRG/HLD

2. Press ABD

3. Key in the central abbreviated dialling code (00 - 99) under which the telephone number is to be stored.You may wish to wait for the display to change.

4a. Press 0 if the stored number is to be made on a direct exchange line
or
-
4b. Press 2 if the stored number is to be made via a PABX line.

The display shows the current stored number, or 'VACANT'

5. Key in the telephone number to be stored (up to 18 digits) . Include the exchange line access code if via PABX (usually '9' ).

6. Press PRG/HLD again. (A single tone confirms acceptance of the number. A double tone indicates a mistake

made, start again from step 2.)

7. Repeat steps 2. to 5. to add further numbers.

Speed Dial 306, 512, 824, 1648 Delete Number

1. Press PRG/HLD

2. Press ABD

3. Key in the central abbreviated dialling code (00 - 99) for the number to be deleted.

4. Press 0 .

5. Press PRG/HLD again (A single tone confirms deletion of the number. A double tone indicates a mistake

made, start again from step 2.)

6. Repeat steps 2. to 5. to delete further numbers
or
Speed Dial 306, 512, 824, 1648 Check Number

1. Press PRG/HLD

2. Press ABD
-
3. Key in the central abbreviated dialling code (00 - 99) for the number to be deleted.

4. Press 0 .

The number stored here will be displayed.

5. Repeat steps 2. to 5. to check further numbers
