Speed Dial Numbers - DK 24
To store a personal speed dial number:
-
Do not lift the receiver

Press # (or LNR ) and * (or SDS ) buttons respectively.

Press the ADL button you wish to use

Dial the telephone number to be stored. Up to 17 digits

It may be necessary to inset a pause after the external line access code. If so, press the
MW/RC (or
PAU ) button after the PABX access code (see
Pauses )

Press # (or LNR ) button
-
The number is now stored.
Speed Dial Numbers - DK 24
To store a system speed dial number:
-
Do not lift the receiver
-
Press # (or LNR ) and * (or SDS ) buttons respectively.

Dial the 2 digit speed dial code ( numbers run consecutively from 60 - 99 )

Dial the telephone number to be stored. Up to 16 digits

Press # (or LNR ) button to record into memory
-
The number is now stored. It may help to write down a note of the codes for future reference.

Repeat steps above for every number to be stored, up to a maximum of 40
To Store Pauses and Recalls with Speed Dial Numbers - DK 24

Press PAU (or PAU/L) button to store a pause

Press MW/RC button to store a recall

Note:
-
If a PAU button is not available, the MW/RC will store a pause and recall signals cannot be stored.

The PAU button is 1.5 or 3 seconds long, depending on system programming.

A 10 second pause is programmed using the PAU/L button.
