Speed Dial Numbers

To store a system speed dial number:

  • Place the programming overlay on any M7310 or M7324 telephone.
  • Press Feature ** 23646 23646
  • Display = 1.Sys speed dial
  • Press SHOW and Speed dial #:_ appears.
  • Enter the 2 digit system speed dial code from 01 - 70 ( for e.g. 12) from the keypad (Speed dial #:12 appears)

OR

  • Press NEXT if you want to program the first System Speed Dial. Speed dial #:01 appears.
  • Press SHOW and NO Number Stored appears.
  • Press CHANGE and #01:_ appears
  • Enter the telephone number from the keypad ( max 24 digits) including all digits needed as a number or area code to be dialled to call number manually.

Note:
You do not need to enter line pool or exchange line access codes.

If the number is more than 16 digits long, the left most digits will disappear from the display as you continue.

  • Press the BKSP key if required.
  • Press OK when the number is entered
  • Press BACK , then NEXT to program another System Speed Dial.
  • When all completed press RLS key to exit programming and the phone should display time and date and is now available for normal use.

Setting the Time

  • Place the programming overlay on any M7310 or M7324 telephone.
  • Press Feature ** 23646 23646
  • Press NEXT until the Display = 3.Time and Date
  • Press SHOW, the display reads Time .
  • Press CHANGE , display reads Hour
  • Press CHANGE ( * appears)
  • Enter the hour in two - digit format for the 12 - or 24- hour clocks
  • Press NEXT , display reads Minutes
  • Press CHANGE
  • Enter the minutes
  • Press NEXT
  • If you entered an hour less than 12, the display reads AM or PM , Press CHANGE to toggle between them
  • Press RLS to exit or NEXT to continue in administration.

  • Press NEXT until the Display = 3.Time and Date
  • Press SHOW, the display reads Time
  • Press NEXT , the display reads Date
  • Press CHANGE , display reads Year
  • Press CHANGE
  • Enter the last two digits of the year
  • Press NEXT , display reads Month
  • Press CHANGE
  • Enter the month
  • Press NEXT, display reads Day
  • Press CHANGE ,
  • Enter the day as a number
  • Press RLS to exit or NEXT to continue in administration.
