What Your Contract Covers

When you take a contract out with Switchcare, you can guarantee that you will have peace of mind. We know that your communications are as important to your business as they are to ours
Your Telephone System This includes the main control box, and the cards that are within the system. It will also include the internal power supply. It does not include any internal batteries or external Power Supplies.
	Handsets We also cover your handsets, this includes the base, the hand piece, the curly cord and the line cord. We do not cover the wiring from the extension points to the system.
All faulty equipment will either be repaired or replaced with the same equipment. If equipment has been found to be damaged rather than faulty then the repair or replacement will be chargeable. We are not liable for any acts of god, ie. Fire, flood etc., If you are not sure if your equipment is covered, just contact the service department and they will be able to assist you. 08708 484 484.
